• Spaces are located in the Orange and Green RV Lots and WILL BE ASSIGNED upon arrival by RV Host.
• Check-in with RV Host at Orange RV Lot (on Fairview Ave, west of Fairgrounds, across street from wood roller coaster).
• Orange Lot has full power, water, and sewer hookups.
• Green Lot has power and water.  Sewer dump is available.
• Check-in anytime during the day scheduled to arrive.
• Spaces available ONLY Wed, Thu, Fri, Sat, Sun, & Mon (Jan 10, 11, 12, 13, 14 & 15, 2024).
• Premises must be vacated no later than 10 AM on Tuesday, January 16, 2024.

• NEW!  Golf cart shuttles will be making rounds inside the fairgrounds.  Look for pickup locations inside the Blue Gate, Green RV Lot, and across the street from the Orange RV Lot.  Note: golf carts cannot travel on, OR, across public streets. 

• RV Space Reservations open November 15, 2023 (via this webpage) at the same time BaRay publishes the Western Washington Winter Cluster Dog Show Premium.  Click the button to the right to access the Reservation form.
• All RV Space Reservations MUST BE SUBMITTED AND PAID via ONLINE FORM with credit or debit card.
• Fee is $50 per night for one (1) RV Space in RV Lot for first 40’ (feet) RV.
• Any RV over 40' MUST purchase an additional RV space to park in RV lot.
• X-Pens placed OUTSIDE of 40’ RV Space MUST purchase of additional space @ $50 per night.
• Complete separate Reservation form for EACH space.
• RV Space Reservations close Thursday, January 4, 2024.  If any reserved RV spaces remain, they can be purchased at the Cluster Desk in the ShowPlex on Friday or Saturday of the show weekend for $50 per space, per night.
• No refunds after Thursday, Friday 5, 2024. All authorized refunds will be issued less any merchant fees.
• Reservations and payments acknowledged by email.
• Phone reservations not accepted. Special requests cannot be accommodated.

• Fees paid in US Funds ONLY. $25 fee charged for NSF funds.

• By submitting this reservation request, users agree to all show rules and requirements as stated on this reservation and in the Premium (whether they’ve read them or not).

• Check-in at Orange RV Lot on Fairview Drive (across street from wooden roller coaster). All spaces will be assigned by RV Lot Host.
• RV spaces have limited handicapped spaces and will be assigned by RV Host. Must possess valid handicap Parking permit/ license plate.
• Handicap parking does not mean “inside the fairground” or “near the rings.” It only indicates a readily accessible surface.
• All RVs must be self-contained. No restroom facilities are available.
• No tent camping.
• ABSOLUTELY NO DUMPING OF GRAY WATER OR SEWAGE ON THE GROUND; MINIMUM $500 FINE.
• Guests must always be considerate to others in the lot as well as neighbors. Absolutely no loud or disruptive noise after 10pm.
• Abusive language WILL NOT be tolerated. No loud or disruptive noise after 10PM.Failure to comply with the rules as outlined above will be subject to an event show hearing, tow, and/or being escorted off the grounds.
• Pets must be always kept on leash. Guest MUST clean-up after pets.
• Speed limit is 5-MPH or less WITH FLASHERS ON!
• All parking is at owner’s risk. Clubs assume no responsibility for fire, theft, and/or damage to any vehicle or cargo.
• No parking in designated fire lanes, loading/unloading zones, or inside the Fairgrounds fence area.
• Parking is a privilege extended by the host clubs. Clubs reserve the right to withdraw the privilege from person(s) who do not abide by the rules and regulations.
• Parking authorized in designated space ONLY.
• Guests using RV and parking areas are expected to keep space tidy and clean-up prior to departure.
