Mobile Grooming Spaces
For the 2024 Winter Cluster, a limited number of 20'x30' covered Mobile Grooming spaces are available in the Arena just south of the Centennial (Bubble) Building . These spaces will accommodate standard vans and trucks, NOT Class-A motorhomes or RV's.
Mobile grooming spaces will accommodate only the ONE vehicle assigned to the Space. ANY ADDITIONAL VEHICLES MUST USE THE BLUE OR PURPLE PARKING LOTS.
The $175 Reservation Fee provides ONE SPECIFIC vehicle access to the Mobile Grooming Space as follows:
- Friday: 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM (do not try to enter Fairgrounds earlier than 11:00AM)
- Saturday: 6:00 AM – 9:00 PM
- Sunday: 6:00 AM – 9:00 PM
- Monday: 6:00 AM – two hours following Best in Show
In the interest of SAFETY for all exhibitors and dogs:
- No vehicle may be moved INTO the Arena area AFTER 8:00 AM on Saturday, Sunday and Monday (January 13, 14, and 15, 2024); AND
- No vehicle may be moved OUT of the Arena area BEFORE 4:00 PM on Saturday,
- Summary: No vehicle move-in/out of this area between 8:00AM and 4:00PM on Saturday, Sunday, and Monday.
Fee is $175.00 per space. Only on space per exhibitor. Fee covers Friday (11:00 AM), Saturday, Sunday, and Monday. No reduction for lesser days.
Mobile Grooming Space Reservations MUST BE SUBMITTED AND PAID via ONLINE FORM, with credit or debit card.
- Mobile Grooming Space Reservations close Wednesday, December 27, 2023, or when sold out (if earlier).
- If any Mobile Grooming Spaces remain, they can be purchased at the Cluster Desk in the ShowPlex on Friday or Saturday of the Show weekend for $175.00 per space.
- No refunds after Thursday, December 28, 2023. All authorized refunds will be issued less any merchant fees.
- By submitting this reservation request, users agree to all show rules and requirements as stated on this reservation and in the Premium (whether they’ve read them or not).

- Approximately 21 spaces will be available for Mobile Grooming.
- Space size is approximately 20’ x 30' - ONE VEHICLE PER SPACE.
- Reservations will be accepted on a first come, first serve basis.
- Space assignments will be made by the Grooming Space Coordinator based on the best fit of all vehicles.
- Fee is $175.00 per space for the period 11:00 AM Friday through 2 hours after Best in Show on Monday.
- No vehicles or dogs may remain on the fairgrounds overnight.
- Reservations will open at the same time as the publication of the Premium by BaRay.
- Reservations will close on Wednesday, December 27, 2023, or when sold out, if earlier.
- Reservations and payments will be acknowledged by email.
- No Reservation refunds after Thursday, December 28, 2023. All authorized refunds will be issued less any merchant fees.
- Reservations to be made via the inked Form (on right), and payment is by credit or debit card only.
- Phone reservations not accepted. Special requests cannot be accommodated.
- Fees paid in US Funds ONLY. $25.00 fee charged for NSF transactions
- Only one vehicle per space. ALL OTHER VEHICLES MUST USE THE BLUE OR PURPLE PARKING LOTS.
- Reservations will require make, model, and state plate registration numbers, plus the outside dimensions of the vehicle.
- In the interest of SAFETY for all exhibitors and dogs, no vehicle may be moved INTO the Arena area AFTER 8:00 AM on Saturday, Sunday, or Monday (January 13, 14, & 15th, 2024); AND
- No vehicle may be moved OUT OF the Arena area BEFORE 4:00 PM on Saturday, Sunday, Monday (January 13, 14, & 15th, 2024).
- All spaces must be cleaned and vacated 2-hours after Best in Show on Monday, January 15, 2024.
- Parking is restricted to the area inside the Arena in the assigned space only. There is no parking allowed in any other area of the Fairgrounds. Use Blue or Purple parking lots for other vehicles.
- Vehicles found parked elsewhere will be asked to move immediately.
- NO OVERNIGHT VEHICLES.
- No use of generators. 115v. AC power will be provided by spider boxes with ground cables. Exhibitors are asked to use extreme care to protect cables and boxes.
- Exercise pens are allowed. Pens must be lined with impervious material such as visqueen sheeting. WOOD SHAVINGS ARE NOT PERMITTED. Newsprint paper is the only authorized absorbent material.
- Discharge of any wastewater is NOT PERMITTED in the storm drains surrounding the arena. Any wastewater must be disposed of in the sanitary system (TOILETS).
- All parking is at owner’s risk. Clubs assume no responsibility for fire, theft, and/or damage to any vehicle or cargo.
- Mobile Grooming Space Parking is a privilege extended by the host clubs. Clubs reserve the right to withdraw the privilege from person(s) who do not abide by the rules and regulations.
- Abusive language NOT tolerated.
- Failure to comply with the rules as outlined above will be subject to an event show hearing, possible tow, and/or being escorted off the grounds.
- Submittal of Reservation Request and payment acknowledges understanding of the rules and requirements of the Premium and this webpage (whether they’ve read them or not).
