RV Space Rules
- Spaces available ONLY Wed, Thu, Fri, Sat, Sun, Mon (July 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10 2023).
- RV Space Overnight Parking available starting at 4:00PM, Wednesday, July 5, 2023.
- Premises MUST be vacated by 10:00AM, Tuesday July 11, 2023, or subject to tow at owner’s expense.
- Type-A reservations, check-in at Orange RV Lot. RV Host will assign Type-A parking spaces upon arrival.
- Parking authorized in designated space ONLY.
- Do not contact Fairgrounds directly. Direct questions to PVDF Club at email listed below.
- Guests using RV and parking areas are expected to keep space tidy and clean-up prior to departure.
- All RVs must be self-contained. No restroom facilities are available.
- ABSOLUTELY NO DUMPING OF GRAY WATER OR SEWAGE ON THE GROUND; MINIMUM $500 FINE.
- Type-A RV spaces have limited handicapped RV Overnight Parking assigned. Must possess valid handicap Parking permit/ license plate. Handicap parking does not mean “inside the fairground” or “near the rings.” It only indicates a readily accessible surface.
- No Tent Camping and no staking; weights are permitted.
- Pets must be kept on leash at all times. Clean-up after your pet.
- Speed limit is 5MPH or less.
- All parking is at owner’s risk. Clubs assume no responsibility for fire, theft, and/or damage to any vehicle or cargo.
- No parking in designated fire lanes, loading/unloading zones, or within the fairgrounds complex.
- Parking is a privilege extended by the host clubs. Clubs reserve the right to withdraw the privilege from person(s) who do not abide by the rules and regulations.
- Abusive language WILL NOT be tolerated. No loud or disruptive noise after 10PM.
- Failure to comply with the rules as outlined above will be subject to an event show hearing, tow, and/or being escorted off the grounds.
RV Campers have two options for RV Parking at the 2023 Summer Cluster:
- Type-A - Washington Fairgrounds RV Parking in Orange and Green RV Lots:
- Orange RV Lot – Full hook-ups (Water, Power, Sewer)
- Green RV Lot -Water & Power only; dump station available
- Type-B - Professional Handler “Dry” Camping. This is overnight RV parking is located just outside the Orange Gate in Fairgrounds’ Lot E and the small Purple Lot north of Orange Gate. This area has NO water, power, or sewer hook-ups. Must be self-contained. Limited space available. Weighted canopies and X-pens allowed. No staking. Porta-Potty available.

Online RV Space Reservations and Payment
RV Reservations are now open, effective 2 PM, Monday, May 15, 2023.

RV SPACE OVERNIGHT PARKING RESERVATIONS & PAYMENT RV SPACE PAYMENT (TYPE A & B)
- Fee is $50.00 for the first 40 feet, anything over that will be charged as a second RV space.
- All RV Space Overnight Reservations MUST BE SUBMITTED AND PAID via ONLINE form (link below).
- Reservations close at 12:00 midnight, Wednesday, June 28, 2023.
- X-Pens placed outside RV Space require purchase of additional $50 space per night.
- Reservations and payments acknowledged by email.
- No Reservation refunds after Thursday, June 29, 2023.
- Phone reservations not accepted. Special requests cannot be accommodated.
- Fees paid in US Funds ONLY. $25 fee charged for NSF checks.
- Submittal of Reservation Request and payment acknowledges understanding of these rules.
