Heart Testing

NORTHWEST CARDIOLOGY CONSULTANTS
Basic (Auscultation) = $60 per dog
Advanced (non-medical Echocardiogram) = $250 per dog
 
Eye Clinic
Dr. Paul Scherlie, DVM, DACVO
NWVS Ophthalmology
Genetic Eye Screen/CAER exam = $45 per dog
 
Please note: Both veterinarians are providing non-medical appointments for puppies and adult dogs for the Orthopedic Foundation for Animals (OFA) certification.  You can schedule a non-medical service with either or both vets.  Submitting the results to OFA is your choice and at your expense per OFA fees.

Process for obtaining either or both services for one/multiple dogs

Complete and submit the Health Clinic Information Form

You will be asked to enter information about the owner/person who will be pre-paying for services, type of service, quantity and breed of dogs, and preferred time and day and the name and cell phone numbers of who is paying and who is bringing the dog to the health clinics.
  •  Pre-payment does not guarantee services.
  • If a time and/or services cannot be scheduled, you will be reimbursed less any merchant fees.
  • The form will take you directly to prepay by credit or debit card.
  • All services requested will be provided on the same date.  While we do our best to arrange the services in the same window of time, this is not always possible.
  • Please plan to spend 45 minutes to 2 hours as a customer before you may be provided services

Health Clinic Parking – Special Instructions
 

  • Please arrive at least 20 minutes before your scheduled appointment.
  • Locate the Temporary Waiting Parking Spaces for Health Clinic services Area  located in the Purple Lot (adjacent and west of Fairgrounds), on the right-hand side just outside the Orange Gate (See signs).
  • Park in the Temporary Waiting Parking Spaces in Purple Parking Lot, located on right-hand side just outside of Orange Gate
  • Then text the number located on signs in temporary parking area with your name, name of pet, and phone number to return text.
  • Health Clinic patients will be texted when they are cleared to come through Orange Gate and will be provided instructions on where to park in the assigned Health Clinic Parking inside the Fairgrounds.
  • General Day Parking is in Blue and Purple Lots
