AKC Fast CAT® WAITLIST ONLY! -  Fast CAT® (Coursing Ability Test) is a timed 100-yard dash where dogs run one at a time, chasing a lure. It’s over in a flash, and it’s nothing short of awe-inspiring to watch a dog run at top speed, ears back, eyes focused, legs strong. Fast CAT® is a terrific opportunity to introduce new participants to the world of AKC sports as it is one of the few events where all that is needed to compete is a dog’s natural instincts.

  • Trial Secretary:  Jamie Eggleston, Western Washington Hound Association
  • Event Dates:  Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, July 5, 6, 7, 2024 (6 Trials-2/day)

AKC FETCH-  One of the most common activities dog owners do with their dog is to play ball (or fetch).  AKC FETCH provides the opportunity for owners and their dogs (of all breeds) to earn four levels of titles via pass-fail non-competitive tests that assesses the ability of the dog to retrieve. And, while some dogs are natural retrievers, FETCH involves teaching new skills at all levels.
