CARDIAC: Dr. J. A. Woodfield Diplomate, ACVIM (Cardiology) NORTHWEST CARDIOLOGY CONSULTANTS Genetic Heart Screening – $60.00 per dog • Echocardiograms – $250.00 per dog
EYE: Dr. Paul Scherlie, DVM, DACVO – NWVS Ophthalmology Genetic Eye Screen/CERF exams – $45.00 per dog

The services you request will be affirmed on a first come, first paid basis as the schedule permits.
We will do our best to affirm your preferred day and window of time and appreciate your understanding as this may not always be possible.

- Please arrive at least 20 minutes before your scheduled appointment.
- Please Park in designated parking spaces inside the gates across the roadway from the Health Clinic in the stadium parking area. All services require the Health Clinic form to be completed, submitted with payment in full.
